This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics. Fonts are served from our own server; no data is sent to Google Fonts.

Server log files

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted after a short period and not combined with other data. The server is located in the EU (Germany).

Contact and applications via WhatsApp

Our forms do not send data to our server. Your input is turned into a message in your browser; WhatsApp then opens and you decide yourself whether to send it. When you send it, the data is transmitted to us via WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms), which may involve transfers to third countries (e.g. the USA). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for applications § 1 DSG in conjunction with Art. 88 GDPR).

We keep application data until the end of the selection process and then for no more than seven months (to defend possible claims under the Equal Treatment Act), unless you agree to longer storage. Business requests are kept as long as needed to handle them and to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: www.dsb.gv.at.
